The WVP IT vision is to measurably improve both the quality and efficiency of health care in our service area through the use of information systems at the place and time of care. These systems will securely and reliably provide the clinician community with information in all of its forms, support decision making, and minimize risk.

HEALTH INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
WVP Health Authority is proud to have supported a community Electronic Health Record since 2006 as a benefit of IPA membership. Featuring award-winning software from NextGen Healthcare, it is much more than an EHR. WVP has assembled a robust infrastructure of products and services purpose-built to serve the independent practice of medicine.
WVP's only objective is to serve its members and community. There is no profit motive. At present, IPA members pay only about 30% of the total cost of core products and services.
