DR. Chaudhary

Dr. Jasmin Chaudhary is an infectious disease and wound care specialist at Cascade ID and Infusion in Salem, OR. She attended Ross University School of Medicine, graduating in 2009. During her residency at St Vincent Indianapolis Hospital she was Chief Resident. Dr. Chaudhary then went on to complete her infectious disease fellowship at Oregon Health and Science University. She is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and American Board of Wound Management.

Dr. Chaudhary has been a WVP Board Member since 2018.
