Who is MPCHP?

Marion Polk Community Health Plan, LLC. (MPCHP) was created in May 2001 by the WVP Health Authority, a locally owned physicians group. The physician group developed the new plan at the encouragement of the Governor’s office solely for the purpose of delivering the Oregon Health Plan in Marion, Polk and Yamhill County. The plan’s service area is mainly Marion and Polk counties but it does cover specific zip codes in Linn, and Clackamas counties where members may be better served within Marion, Polk and Yamhill counties due to travel limitations.

Marion Polk Community Health Plan has more than 530 physicians which are made up of primary care, specialists and over 120 ancillary providers.

MPCHP has primary care physicians located in Aumsville, Dallas, Grand Ronde, Hubbard, Independence, Mill City, Mollala, Monmouth, Mt. Angel, Salem, Silverton, Stayton, Woodburn and McMinnville.
